• Rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.  

• All passes are activated on the day of purchase except for the Monthly Membership, Intro Offer & Super Saver which start on the first visit .

• Single Drop-In, Monthly Membership & the Intro Offer passes are non-sharing. If you wish to share please update us on an email by sharing their details and contact info.

• Unlimited packages are activated from first visit and within 1 year from the date of purchase. These packages cannot be frozen or carried forward to next year.

• A minimum of 2 participants are required to run a class.

• Packages are non-refundable & cannot be put on hold.

• Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your booking 2 hours (minimum) before the start of class if you choose not to attend. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of that class. One day will be dedcuted from Unlimited Package holders from the validity of their package date.

• Payments made online will appear on your  account in less than 24 hours. You will receive a receipt via the email registered account within 24 hours of your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details in your account are kept up-to-date.

• Shunyam has a No Refund Policy on all class passes, events & merchandise. 

• Shunyam reserves the right to change the class schedules and timings at any point.

• Shunyam reserves the right to close on public holidays

• Discounted packages must be activated within 75 days of the day of purchase.
